National Debt Relief is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our growing technology team. Reporting to the Desktop Support Manager, the Desktop Support analyst’s primary role is to support, maintain and help improve our infrastructure ensuring the highest levels of customer service. The Desktop Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for National Debt Relief’s end user population supporting the staff on a variety of desktop initiatives and projects.   The candidate must be team oriented, customer service driven, with the ability to work under pressure with minor supervision. This is a growing fast pace environment.    NYC area Hybrid 3/2 after initial training period met. After an initial in office training period (4 weeks, Mon-Fri 9-6), the shift will then change to Wed-Sunday 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm (And weekend days can be remote).
