Overview

National Debt Relief’s Product Manager plays a critical role in identifying, shaping, and delivering solutions that improve how our business operates and how customers move through their journey with us. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, engineering, and data, owning problem definition, prioritization, and solution delivery for complex, system-driven workflows.

In this fast-paced environment, the Product Manager partners closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, technically sound solutions, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable impact for the company.

Responsibilities

Essentiial Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the NDR customer journey and operational workflows, from first touch through program completion, including the systems and integrations that support them.
  • Identify, frame, and prioritize business problems and opportunities, balancing operational efficiency, customer impact, compliance considerations, and technical feasibility.
  • Own the problem-to-solution lifecycle: from discovery and analysis, through requirements definition, delivery, and post-release evaluation.
  • Partner with engineering to design practical, scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with NDR’s system architecture and long-term platform strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for product decisions within your domain, including scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs.

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with business, operations, compliance, data, and engineering stakeholders to gather input, align on priorities, and drive shared understanding.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories, including success metrics, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with stakeholders through demos, reviews, and training to ensure adoption and clarity.
  • Act as the day-to-day product partner for engineering, answering questions, refining requirements, and providing final sign-off on delivered work.

Process & Systems Thinking 

  • Maintain clear representations of current and future state workflows as needed to support decision-making, development, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate how systems and workflows can be improved to better support business goals and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar) preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role (e.g., business systems analyst, technical product owner) in an agile environment.
  • Experience working with highly customized CRM or operational platforms (Salesforce or similar).
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Requiired Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to work closely with IT peers and business/operational professionals to capture the details of various processes at a level that reflects the actual flow within the technical stack required.
  • Independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Powerful communicator with the ability to engage and influence both technical audiences and senior leadership.
  • Strong desire to learn, contribute solutions and ideas to a broad team.

  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $99,500 to $114,500 annually.
