Overview

As the Manager of Negotiations Analytics, you will be responsible for partnering with departmental leaders to provide analytical insights and strategic support.This role will work directly with Analytics team as well as Negotiations leaders to continue answering questions from the business and delivering roadmap for what strategic adjustments will benefit client and company. We expect this individual to be able to communicate with key stakeholders, drive consistency of data reporting, and build transparency of key indicators amongst the organization. This individual is expected to thrive in a fast-moving environment and be a leader in building future team strategy and direction. This position will evaluate and recommend KPIs pertaining to Negotiations in collaboration with the Analytics, Finance and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the design and delivery of reports, insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics
  • Interface with Product, Finance, Business Analytics, and Operations teams for enhancements and process improvements of business performance
  • Build and manage analytics models and dashboards to measure conversion performance, fee collection, and client success from settlements
  • Establish and evolve KPIs and Neg performance metrics across the organization that align with strategic objectives
  • Drive process improvements in analytics, reporting, and testing to drive and monitor impact
  • Communicate effectively with other analytical teams and their leadership within the organization
  • Analyze massive amounts of data to identify solutions to improve and enhance the settlement process

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field required
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience in financial services industry preferred

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership and hands-on experience in implementing data visualization, analytics, and operational reporting solutions
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics or similar CRM platform experience
  • Experience managing stakeholders in varying departments/functions
  • Ability to consolidate, understand, and communicate large data sets
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and partner in problem solving
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Snowflake and Sigma experience preferred

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $124,500 to $143,000 annually.
