Overview

As the Manager of Revenue Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting NDR’s revenue growth, profitability, and business performance through data-driven insights and forecasting. You will be responsible for building and maintaining forecasting models, analyzing program terms, and developing optimization frameworks that guide client acquisition, retention, and revenue decisions. Partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams, you will deliver actionable analytics that inform pricing, lead routing, and churn reduction initiatives. In addition, you will manage and mentor a small team of analysts while remaining hands-on with the data, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and execution of revenue analytics initiatives, including forecasting, churn analysis, yield strategy, and lead routing.
  • Build and maintain models for unit economics, ARPU, client lifetime value, channel mix, and promotional performance.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership to support pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Manage and mentor analysts, providing coaching, technical guidance, and project leadership.
  • Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of short- and long-term revenue forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track revenue performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and adoption.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of revenue-related analytics.
  • Promote best practices for governance, data quality, and security within analytics processes.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new techniques in revenue management and analytics, and apply them where relevant.

 

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field required.
  • 6 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, pricing, or financial modeling.
  • 1–2 years of people leadership experience preferred (or proven project/team lead experience).
  • Experience in financial services, subscription-based, or consumer services industries preferred.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of revenue management concepts such as forecasting, pricing, churn modeling, and unit economics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python/R; experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses required.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to build, maintain, and improve financial and revenue forecasting models.
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills, with the ability to communicate insights to senior business partners.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to balance being a hands-on contributor with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $128,500 to $148,000 annually.
