Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Marketing Analytics to lead analytics for our Affiliates channel. Reporting to VP of marketing Analytics, this role will lead a team of analysts to help understand affiliate partner value, optimize channel spend, and deliver actionable insights. This role will play a key role in optimizing channel efficiency and driving growth and ROI through deep data analysis in collaboration with internal marketing team and external partners. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, data engineering and other analytics teams to help scale the affiliates channel profitably and shape the future of affiliate marketing at the company. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting for the affiliate marketing channel, providing data-driven insights into partner performance, lead conversion, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs across multiple affiliate programs
  • Analyze ROI of affiliate campaigns and identify opportunities to optimize marketing spend and partner relationships.
  • Partner with affiliate marketing managers to evaluate and optimize lead quality, payout structures, partner tiers, campaign strategies and opportunities to scale.
  • Build incrementality models to understand the true value of affiliate traffic sources to reduce cost and scale the channel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations, clean data infrastructure and effective budget planning forecasting and cost allocation.
  • Regularly present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Hire and mentor analysts to help scale our growing affiliate program.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or other quantitative discipline preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with 3+ years focused on affiliate or partnership marketing analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing analytics teams, with a strong track record of developing talent and leading high-performing teams

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, analytics platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and report automation.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to construct complex models and forecasts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for presenting complex data insights to executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial services experience preferred.

Customer-facing positions only:

  • Clearly explain details about the company's debt settlement program to current clients.
  • Recall details of calls with clients and to record those details accurately in Salesforce.
  • De-escalate stressful situations.
  • Support and de-escalate vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients.

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $177,500 to $204,000.
