Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking an experienced BI Manager to lead our business intelligence efforts for marketing. In this role, you will manage a team of BI analysts and collaborate closely with marketing, data engineering, finance and other teams to deliver actionable insights that help drive marketing performance and ROI. You’ll be responsible for developing dashboards and creating tools to monitor business performance against our key goals and drive actionable insights and recommendations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about combining technical expertise with business acumen to help marketing teams make smarter, faster decisions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, build and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve BI tools that measure performance across all our marketing channels.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Data Engineering to define KPIs and marketing performance metrics, influencing how marketing performance is measured and strategic decisions are made
  • Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, providing direction, technical guidance, and career development.
  • Build scalable reporting systems and automate recurring analyses to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling visualizations and presentations for executive audiences.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all marketing-related reporting and BI tools.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 6+ years of Business Intelligence experience, preferably supporting marketing teams
  • 4+ years of advanced SQL skills required; experience with Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience of leading BI or Analytics teams, with a strong track record of developing talent and leading high-performing teams

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and report automation
  • Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Looker); Sigma preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

Customer-facing positions only:

  • Clearly explain details about the company's debt settlement program to current clients.
  • Recall details of calls with clients and to record those details accurately in Salesforce.
  • De-escalate stressful situations.
  • Support and de-escalate vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients.

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 annually.
