Responsibilities

  • Lead & Grow a Product Team: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering their growth while ensuring alignment with company priorities.
  • Define Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision for digital enrollment and servicing, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and roadmaps.
  • Drive Execution at Scale: Partner with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality, consumer-grade digital experiences.
  • Balance Discovery & Delivery: Ensure teams are continuously gathering insights, running experiments, and shipping features that improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Success, Compliance, and other teams to drive adoption and alignment.
  • Measure & Optimize Impact: Define success metrics, monitor performance, and leverage data to iterate and improve.
  • Influence at the Leadership Level: Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, communicating product vision, progress, and results.

Qualifications

Education/Experience :

  • Bachelors’ degree in a technical discipline (Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering or similar) preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years managing and developing Product Managers

Required Skills/Abilities :

  • Proven success leading digital product teams in consumer-facing tech, fintech, or services.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for action—you can set the vision and roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Deep understanding of product discovery, agile methodologies, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools like Datadog, FullStory, GTM, or like inform decisions.

Bonuses include:

  • Experience with React, Next.js, React Native, Mobile Application and/or Salesforce ecosystem
  • Background in financial services, debt relief, or consumer credit products
  • Familiarity with funnel optimization, growth product practices, product optimization and self-service enrollment design
  • Customer-facing positions only:
  • Clearly explain details about the company's debt settlement program to current clients.
  • Recall details of calls with clients and to record those details accurately in Salesforce.
  • De-escalate stressful situations.
  • Support and de-escalate vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients.

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
