Overview

The Change Enablement Lead will play a pivotal role in establishing a brand-new Change Management Office, building its strategy, tools, and processes from the ground up. This role will lead smaller change initiatives and contribute to larger, enterprise-wide programs, ensuring successful adoption and long-term sustainability of change. Partnering closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, the Change Enablement Lead will develop and deliver communication and training strategies, map and improve impacted business processes, and foster a culture that embraces transformation. This is a highly visible position offering the opportunity to influence organizational direction, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead smaller change initiatives or key components of larger programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and deliver communications, training materials, and job aids to support successful change adoption.
  • Map and analyze business processes impacted by change, recommending improvements to streamline implementation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing support and guidance to drive buy-in and engagement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management strategies into overall project plans.
  • Contribute to defining best practices, tools, and methodologies for the new Change Management Office.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics, feedback, and effectiveness of change initiatives.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives and managing the human side of transformation.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) highly desirable.
  • Certifications in change management (Prosci, CCMP) or project management (CAPM, ACP) preferred but not required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual), with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled in business process mapping and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Competence with project management tools and methodologies; experience with Monday.com and Jira a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $77,000 to $88,500 annually.
