Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate who is ready to tackle high-volume coordinating and recruiting and/or sourcing due to our tremendous growth. The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key departments, including but not limited to managing employment applications, coordinating candidate interviews, screening candidates, and providing sourcing support to the team. This will be a fast-paced role requiring a level head and a hands-on approach. Our dynamic team thrives on collaboration and teamwork, with a passion for the candidate experience.

 

This role is a 6 month temporary opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, hosting feedback sessions with teams, and following up with candidates.
  • Responsible for high-volume candidate and applicant management/tracking.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles.
  • Source candidates using the applicant tracking system and job boards (for example, LinkedIn and Indeed).
  • Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application to hire.
  • Support other ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruiting-related role (i.e., admin, coordinator, specialist).
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude who can work with grace under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.

 

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $50,000 to $60,500.
