Overview

We are seeking a talented and organized Temporary Travel and People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! The Temporary Travel and People Operations Coordinator would be responsible for managing company travel, HR administrative and clerical tasks, and ad hoc projects. This is a 3-6 month long contract position.

 

 

Responsibilities

Travel:

  • Manage company travel platform, Egencia, to book all National Debt Relief corporate travel requests
  • Communicate and liaise with hotels to ensure staff travel accommodations are met and CC authorization forms are sent and received
  • Liaise with accounting and payroll to account for company’s travel expenses via monthly and weekly reports
  • Provide technical guidance, direction, and assistance concerning all official travel matters
  • Create new team members travel accounts
  • Keeps up to date with latest developments and best practices in the travel industry
  • Coordinate hotel room block contracts for company-wide events
  • Provide input and feedback to streamline and optimize travel function and travel policy
  • Manage Uber for Business account
  • Manage the Travel Inbox

People Administration

  • Manage People Inbox
  • Document uploads to HRIS system (ADP Uploads)
  • Scan and distribute mail to relevant parties
  • Assist People Experience Operations team with ad hoc project and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years’ experience in Travel, tourism, hospitality, event planning or administrative assistant role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Eager to learn and assist all team members when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Basic understanding of employment law
  • Highly skilled at multitasking, prioritizing and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Must be able to work a full-time job, remote

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Physical Requirements 

  • The employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, look at a computer screen for extended periods of time; and reach with hands and arms 
  • This is a fulltime position with 8-hour workdays and 40-hour work weeks plus overtime as needed
  • Lifting no more than 10 pounds

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $52K-$63K.
