Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Director of Product Management to lead a team of Technology Product Managers and Business Analysts. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our infrastructure, core services, and integrations with internal services and vendor solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role involves translating business needs and feedback into effective, scalable technical solutions that drive platform reliability and performance, and business outcomes.

 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive Technology Product Manager leader with an exemplary track record in platform management, and a passion for financial services. As a natural leader and excellent communicator, you will excel in our fast-paced, agile environment. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in technology product management, particularly in the domain of platform services, application development, data management or related fields. This remote position is crucial to the NDR team, enabling us to enhance the quality and scalability of our services, and will ensure our platform supports our clients.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps and plans focused on elevating our platform.
  • Lead the creation of technical requirements, epics, and stories from PRD and BRD
  • Work with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and successful product development.
  • Implement industry best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders on product specifications, user stories, and timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact between engineering, product management and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams on product releases, focusing on client-centric quality.
  • Perform in-depth impact analysis on current and future functionalities, identifying areas for improvement and innovative opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and leaders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, client-centricity, and excellence within the team.

 

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree in a technical discipline (Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering or similar) preferred.
  • 10 total years’ experience in Product Management, preferably in a highly agile environment, and/or documenting processes in a highly customized instance of Salesforce (or similar CRM) required.
  • Experience with a business process modeling tools (Visio, Draw.io, JBPM, Lucid, etc.) and familiarity with agile methodology preferred.
  • Experience in financial services industry highly preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Solid product management fundamentals including visions, roadmaps, designs, user testing, and analytics.
  • Exceptional learning mindset and able to learn a new domain quickly by asking questions and internal curiosity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Adept at querying, analyzing, and visualizing data using SQL and CRM Analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, technical design, and solving complex problems at scale.
  • Exceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems.

NDR Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $208,000 to $262,500 annually.
