Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Senior Digital Communications Strategist with a focus on testing and optimization. In this role, you will manage digital communication channels, conduct A/B testing on content and messaging, and optimize engagement and conversion rates. You will also oversee outbound call and SMS reputational line management, including branded caller ID testing, to ensure maximum reach and positive brand perception.

Responsibilities

Digital Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies across email, SMS, and other digital channels to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

A/B Testing and Optimization:

  • Design and execute A/B tests for digital content, messaging, and campaigns to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Analyze test results to draw actionable insights and continuously improve digital communication strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Outbound Call and SMS Reputational Line Management:

  • Oversee and manage outbound call reputational lines to maintain positive brand perception and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage SMS reputation, ensuring high deliverability rates and minimizing opt-outs.
  • Collaborate with telecom partners to troubleshoot and resolve reputation issues promptly.

Branded Caller ID Testing:

  • Conduct branded caller ID testing to maximize call answer rates and brand recognition.
  • Analyze caller ID performance metrics and optimize strategies for better visibility and credibility.
  • Work closely with vendors and carriers to ensure branded caller ID is implemented effectively.

Cross-Channel Coordination and Reporting:

  • Coordinate messaging across digital channels to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to enhance communication effectiveness.

 

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on A/B testing and optimization. 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing automation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with telecom or communication technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to outbound calling and SMS messaging.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and personalization strategies.
  • Product manager Level Experience
  • Proven experience in managing outbound call and SMS reputation, including branded caller ID.

 

NDR role qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $95k - $115k annual
