Overview

NDR is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst to join the analytics team, in support of company marketing and advertising efforts, as well as companywide strategic projects. You should be comfortable handling and manipulating large amounts of data from a variety of sources and platforms, as well as working alongside a variety of stakeholders on parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data in a quickly changing environment and develop procedures to maximize data quality.
• Run, maintain, back-test, and build forecasting models.
• Analyzes marketing metrics for identifying effect-cause relationships between financial outcomes and marketing actions to raise profitability.
• Perform ad hoc data pulls and analytics as requested from the Data Warehouse using SQL, collaborate with stakeholders from different Marketing teams to assist in their requests.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs that directly affect strategy/decision making. Assist in building out dynamic dashboards to track existing KPIs and report on new areas for improvement.
• Prepare presentation decks on projects/findings to be presented to Company leadership and conduct the presentation when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 4 years’ analytics related experience required, with 2 years in marketing analytics and at least 2 years of SQL experience at a high proficiency.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel expert; experience with a variety of advanced features such as lookups, array functions, pivot tables, data management.
• Knowledge of SQL/Snowflake or other Relational Databases.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate independently/under general supervision.
• Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.

• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $97,000 to $117,500 annually.
