Overview

NDR is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic six-person team. This is an exciting opportunity to add value and make mission-critical decisions. You should be comfortable handling large amounts of data, performing in-depth financial analysis, explaining results, and making suggestions in a fast-paced environment.  This role will work on projects that are presented to Company leadership and have the potential to affect company-wide decision making.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert about our company
• Analyze data in a quickly changing environment
• Run, maintain, back-test, and build financial models
• Variance analysis on actuals versus prior forecasts
• Perform ad hoc data pulls and analytics as requested, collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to assist with projects and business process improvement
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
• Investigate in accordance with your curiosity. Come up with ideas to help grow and improve our company and provide proof of concept with our data

Qualifications

Requirements:
• 2+ years of finance related experience
• Microsoft Excel expert; experience with a variety of advanced features such as lookups, array functions, pivot tables, data management
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• can take on a task complete it relatively independently, and collaborate effectively with a group 
Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Data analytics
• Financial modeling
• Forecasting
• Cost-benefit analyses
• Salesforce
• Familiarity with SQL

• Computer competency, including the use of a keyboard and ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis
• Attain and maintain high performance expectations monthly
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions
• Take constructive feedback

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $86,000 to $106,000 annually.
