This leader will excel at translating complex requirements and problem statements into innovative product solutions and must have deep experience managing products that support core business functions.

You will partner closely with the Chief Product Officer and other executive leaders to deliver measurable value towards corporate objectives with product solutions that streamline and enhance sales and business operations productivity. Your teams will rely on your strategic guidance, mentorship, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful products that integrate seamlessly into our business environments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision:
• Refine product strategies that focus on improving operational efficiencies, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Align product roadmaps with the company’s long-term vision and immediate strategic priorities, ensuring that development efforts yield tangible business benefits.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in enterprise solutions, operational tools, and backend systems to proactively identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
Team Development & Management:
• Lead, inspire, and mentor Product Managers, providing them with the strategic guidance needed to develop and empower their respective business areas.
• Establish a performance-driven culture, setting clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Drive career development, training, and coaching programs to ensure continuous professional growth and a robust talent pipeline within the product organization.
Portfolio & Product Excellence:
• Oversee multiple product portfolios that focus on business-critical solutions—such as Sales, Operations, Customer Success including process automation tools, and operational excellence – ensuring they meet or exceed user and stakeholder expectations.
• Implement rigorous product discovery, validation, and testing methods that prioritize reliability, scalability, and measurable ROI with speed to market.
• Leverage data, user research, and operational metrics to make informed product decisions, ensuring product priorities are in direct service of business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Intelligence, and IT teams to ensure that technical feasibility aligns with business requirements, striking a balance between innovation and process stability while addressing operational workflow pain points to inform product enhancements and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders—across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, PMO, and Finance—to understand organizational objectives, integrate customer and team member feedback, and support strategic decision-making that guides the team direction and priorities.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes clearly and persuasively to the CPO, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
Operational Rigor & Governance:
• Implement standardized product management methodologies, frameworks, and toolkits that improve predictability, accountability, and cross-functional alignment across the product organization.
• Establish and maintain clear decision-making processes and governance structures that streamline prioritization and resource allocation.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify inefficiencies, iterate quickly, and elevate product quality and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 12 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years managing and scaling teams in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success managing product lines focused on enterprise operations, backend systems, complex workflows, or business-critical software.
  • Proven track record leading Product Managers and their teams, guiding them to deliver solutions that drive operational efficiencies and improve bottom-line results

     Technical & Business Acumen:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, operational tooling, and how products integrate with broader business processes. Deep Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to tie product initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
