Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our Legal Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the development and optimization of legal and compliance-related systems, processes, and products that align with NDR's operational goals. You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure NDR remains efficient, compliant, and prepared deliver on the unique needs of NDR’s client base.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive Senior Product Manager with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, an exemplary track record in working in regulated industries, and a passion for financial services. As a natural leader and excellent communicator, you will excel in our fast-paced, agile environment. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in product management, particularly in the domain of operations, compliance, or related fields. This remote position is crucial to the NDR team, enabling us to enhance the quality and frequency of our services to clients, ensuring their journey with us is both empowering and transformative.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy for NDR’s legal operations, aligning with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap for legal tools, workflows, and systems to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in legal and compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements for new tools and enhancements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure product alignment with legal and compliance needs.
• Engage with external vendors or partners to evaluate and integrate legal technology solutions.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation and post-launch support.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable and reliable legal systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups, to maintain momentum and clear priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years in product management, with a focus on customer service, preferably in the financial services or debt relief industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and application in client success scenarios.
  • Knowledge of the Lightning Design System Framework is beneficial.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, product design, and solving complex problems in client success.
  • Exceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $125,500 to $152,000 annually.
