Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a Program Manager, Product & Engineering Ops, to join the growing Project Management Organization. The individuals in this role will be responsible for leading high priority, cross-functional projects, from ideation through the execution. This role is an incredible opportunity for individuals to interact with leadership from across the organization and lead high impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Apply your familiarity with software development processes to guide project planning and
    execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards within the product and engineering teams.
  • Focus on the customer experience (internal and external), with an ability to leverage a customer-centric lens to represent the customers’ needs and preferences within a program or initiative.
  • Analyze complex challenges that arise during project execution, identify root causes, and drive development of innovative solutions to overcome them.
  • Lead complex, cross-function program activities, ensuring alignment with program outcomes and timelines. Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Identify program risks and issues early and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Monitor
    risks throughout the program lifecycle and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management, product operations or related role in a SaaS organization, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project and program management concepts.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Desired certifications include: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM
  • Experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of business and sales processes and behavior of Sales personas in a Sales environment.
  • Experience leading and steering meetings with executive management
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Experience guiding teams and provide solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
  • Experience overcoming project crisis
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and other project management software
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $134,500 - $162,500.
