Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a Program Manager, Corporate Programs, to join the growing Project Management Organization. The individuals in this role will be responsible for leading high priority, cross-functional projects, from ideation through the execution. This role is an incredible opportunity for individuals to interact with leadership from across the organization and lead high impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex HR & Finance initiatives that include multiple business functions and products.
  • Drive innovation in corporate strategies by leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet the organization's evolving needs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve program objectives.
  • Manage the successful execution of simultaneous workstreams through effective project management.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for the program.
  • Align program initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of the program on organizational goals.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership with the appropriate level of detail for each audience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Project experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior management and leaders to influence and consult on complex programs, initiatives, and problem resolution
  • 5+ years of enterprise program discovery/management experience (including, but not limited to, needs assessments, identifying root cause issues, developing strategy, building business cases, data/metrics, influencing, and tracking/reporting status/results)
  • Experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which can be shared with senior leaders to inform and influence solution direction and meet business objectives via executive-level presentations
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives, programs and/or projects, collaborating across a large organization
  • Self-motivated and ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing ERP, HRIS and or FIS systems.
  • Recent experience independently planning, organizing, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $134,500 - $162,500.
