Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Group Product Manager to lead and support our business teams. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our departmental initiatives within our Salesforce platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role involves translating client needs and feedback into effective, scalable solutions that drive client satisfaction and success.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive Group Product Manager with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, an exemplary track record in influencing business decisions, and a passion for financial services. As a natural leader and excellent communicator, you will excel in our fast-paced, agile environment. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in product management, particularly in the domain of client success, sales/marketing, or related fields. This remote position is crucial to the NDR team, enabling us to enhance the quality and frequency of our services to clients, ensuring their journey with us is both empowering and transformative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps and plans focused on elevating assigned business units.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce tools and processes, ensuring they align seamlessly with our departmental goals.
  • Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to guarantee efficient and effective deployments.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams on product releases, focusing on client-centric quality gates.
  • Perform in-depth impact analysis on current and future functionalities, identifying areas for improvement and innovative opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and leaders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, client-centricity, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 6 years in product management with a focus on customer service required, preferably in the financial services or debt relief industry.
  • 4 years’ experience in Salesforce, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and application in client success scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Lightning Design System Framework is beneficial.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, product design, and solving complex problems in client success.
  • Exceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $140K-169K annual.
