Overview

The Vice President of Account Management will lead aspects of our partnerships and account management for National Debt Relief. Reporting to the CMO, the role will be responsible for the construction, testing and execution of strategies that will generate volume at scale. This role will focus primarily on the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of our existing partnership and affiliate marketing programs and team. They will be hands on, an exceptional communicator, and will have proven leadership skills and past successes in traditional and non-traditional campaigns across a broad range of marketing channels. We seek a cutting-edge winning leader that can thrive in the trenches and drive further evolution of National Debt Relief’s team of partnership marketing channel leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and implement a robust and diverse partnership marketing strategy.
  • Drive a partnership roadmap designed to significantly impact lead generation and new client acquisition as well as manage partnership economics and deal structure
  • Develop challenger models, pod structure, and incentives as well as manage pipeline and CRM activity
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of a growing marketing budget with a results-oriented approach.
  • Establish and manage day in and day out testing-and-learning / A v B testing plans to continuously improve and optimize partnership investments.
  • Report performance to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional and departmental peers including the Brand, Content, Creative, Offline, Data Science, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product teams to maximize new client conversion.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to drive ROI, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive business goals.
  • Prospecting and business development, identify categories and verticals that represent partnership opportunities.
  • Cultivate and grow existing partnerships by creating new win/win revenue producing strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. MBA Preferred. 
  • Specific marketing channel certification or direct experience preferred.
  • 10 plus years’ experience in partnership and affiliate channels marketing required, with 5 plus years’ experience managing teams and large portfolio.
  • Knowledgeable and possess high emotional intelligence.
  • Lives by a standard of excellence and strives to develop a team with similar attributes – track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Creative thinker that is constantly on the pulse of new and innovative opportunities to facilitate growth.
  • Entrepreneurship approach and has a high sense of urgency to achieve and exceed expectations.
  • Proven ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights, and a thorough understanding of cross-channel attribution.
  • Ability to think strategically across the short, medium, and long term while obsessing over the details, and a love of investigating evolving media trends and technology to serve your brand.
  • Thoughtful, collaborative leadership with strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Experience overseeing a large marketing budget, and holistically managing spend allocation across channels

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $193,000 to $243,000.
