Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a seasoned, hands-on, and highly motivated Salesforce Architect who is passionate about helping customers get out of debt. Under the guidance of a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure that our Salesforce implementation aligns with business goals, integrates smoothly with other systems, and is scalable for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive architectural solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across our Salesforce platform and integrations.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation and blueprints.
  • Work with product management team and the business to understand requirements and vision to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, and the project managers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Guide the customizations of Salesforce applications using Apex, lightning web components, and other tools.
  • Create and manage proof of concepts (POCs) for new ideas, technologies, and solutions to demonstrate their feasibility and value to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from stakeholders, colleagues, and leaders.
  • Manage work using GitHub, Jira, and NDR’s build/deploy systems.
  • Have fun, get creative, and deliver value together with the whole team.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into the technical stack.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Related Field Preferred 
  • 8 years overall Salesforce development experience required, with at least 3 years as an architect.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience with middleware and ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
  • Experience working in financial services industry is a plus.
  • Computer competency, including the use of a keyboard and ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $155,000 - $187,000.
