Overview

The Analytics Manager will be a critical member of the Negotiations team for National Debt Relief. They will be responsible for providing Negotiation team leadership with reporting and analytics to properly drive daily decision making. We expect this individual to be able to communicate with key stakeholders, drive consistency of data reporting, and build transparency of key indicators amongst the org. This individual is expected to thrive in a fast-moving environment and be a leader in building future team strategy and direction. 

 

This position will evaluate and recommend KPIs pertaining to Negotiations in collaboration with the Analytics, Finance and Operations teams. This role is also responsible for inter-departmental relationship management and the development of a high performing team.

 

We’re looking for a highly motivated leader with a proven record of working with leadership teams to drive strategic decision making. The individual will be responsible for applying skills and knowledge with a disciplined approach to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance objectives, while also thinking outside the box and using data to push the Negotiations Team to new heights.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the design and delivery of reports, insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics.
  • Interface with Product, Finance, Business Analytics, and Operations teams for enhancements and process improvements of business performance.
  • Proactively propose changes to strategy, efficiencies, and processes.
  • Develop operational strategy and roadmap by evaluating various creditor criteria and their impact.
  • Track and audit team performance with KPI data, analytic comparisons, and SLAs.
  • Analyze massive amounts of data to identify solutions to improve and enhance the settlement process.
  • Oversee Negotiations team analytics.
  • Communicate effectively with other analytical teams and their leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a business intelligence or analytics function required. 
  • Prior experience in financial services industry preferred. 
  • Excellent leadership and hands-on experience with BI architecture and strategy. 
  • Excellent leadership and hands-on experience in implementing data visualization, analytics, and operational reporting solutions. 
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics or similar CRM preferred. 
  • SAQL coding or equivalent and/or financial modeling experience preferred. 
  • Computer competency, including the use of a keyboard and ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $101,500.00 - 125,250.00.
