Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking an analytical, data-driven Growth Conversion Product Director to join our team. The role would report directly to Marketing. In this role, you will own our landing pages and partner lead experience from a business, marketing, and product standpoint and will be responsible for optimizing them to drive up conversion rates and revenue per visitor.

 

You will be responsible for both the Marketing side including the target customer, message, creative and copy as well as assist with the Product side including the roadmap and working directly with developers to build and launch your experiments. Additionally, you’ll attend calls with our partnership team so you can create the optimal experience for how leads on partner sites can be converted into clients of National Debt Relief. You’ll regularly present your hypotheses, plans, roadmap, and test results to a cross-functional executive team that includes Marketing and Product executives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze landing page and website data using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Convert, and Hotjar and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Attend calls with our Partnership team to understand what opportunities exist with partners to convert their leads more optimally into clients.
  • Develop hypotheses for improving conversion on our landing page and on our partner integrations.
  • Work with our creative, design, and branding teams to turn those hypotheses into user-friendly designs that align with our branding and ad message.
  • Create a 6–12-month roadmap for building and launching those designs as A/B tests.
  • Work directly with developers to execute on your roadmap.
  • Launch and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Work with our analytics team to determine the results of those tests, determine statistical significance, and analyze exactly why we got those results.
  • Monitor KPIs including visit-to-lead rate, revenue per visitor, and ROI.
  • Tie website activities to offline success metrics from Salesforce.
  • Create and present comprehensive post-test reports, live dashboards, and decks summarizing results and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on CRO best practices, tools, and emerging techniques.
  • Manage National Debt Relief’s web properties and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field preferred
  • 10 years’ experience in product marketing, conversion rate optimization, and product management require
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of leadership and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collect and present complex projects, data, and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $143,000 to $173,000.
